There is a saying…
“There’s riches in niches”
Meaning, not everybody is your market.
Know who your market is and build everything around them….
- The name of your office.
- The words on your business card.
- The very narrowly defined and agreed upon goal of care and the reason why they’re there.
This almost magically creates massive value in their mind.
What they think about you is all that matters.
Just don’t make them think too much!
…And that’s what doing less does. 🙂
