Your quality of your current practice and personal life is a summation of all your past decisions.
But your future is not set in stone. You have more influence on the outcome of your life than anything or anyone else.
It all comes down to the decisions you make from this point onward.
That is why every decision matters.
Decisions create both opportunities and obstacles.
Every decision leads to the next one.
Knowing how and when to make a decision is probably the most valuable skill there is.
Based on what I have read and observed, it’s my opinion that a hard time making decisions, constantly questioning your decisions, or making and then changing decisions is a result of some or all of the following:
- How you were raised as a child
- Your self esteem
- The people around you
- The past events in your life
- Fear of failure
- Fear of change
- Fear of judgement
- The stories that you tell yourself
Making decisions is easy and fun for me. I am addicted to making as many decisions as possible and as fast as possible.
I assume and accept that sometimes things go super smoothly and often times, they don’t. Occasionally, things can be almost impossible to deal with, super stressful, and very hard. That’s okay. These things don’t impact or determine the decisions that I make along the way.
I based all my decisions on one question:
Is it the right thing to do?
Is the decision honorable?
Will this decision make the biggest impact?
Will it make me and/or others better?
Is it realistic?
I don’t always have the answer but these type of questions help me make decisions quickly without ever second guessing.
For me, it’s gotta be the right thing to do—not the hard, easy, fast, cheap, costly, profitable, fun, or unpleasant thing to do.
Period.
ChiroTrust is a byproduct all the past decisions that I have made and the lessons learned and wisdom gained along the way.
It is why it works.
It is how it works.
Because it’s right.
