Time for a little math…
Figure out how much you spend each month (on average) for “marketing”.
- Cost of ChiroTrust
- Cost of mailings
- Cost of boosting
Take that number and divide the # of new patients and reactivated patients that you get each month (on average).
My guess is that your “customer acquisition cost” is around $100 or less.
If it’s less than $50, you aren’t spending enough.
The more I spend, the more I make.
