Self-awareness is important for contentment—for knowing what makes you tick, what makes you feel fulfilled, and what is right for you.
Comparing yourself to others is the best way to lose yourself and everything that makes you special and unique.
Do what makes you feel good, even if that includes doing less or doing nothing at all.
Outsourcing, delegating, eliminating is the key.
So is shifting what you do and think about to match your unique qualities and skills that continually develop and grow.
For me, that’s the key to contentment, mental health, and getting things done.
