Chiropractic Fertilizer

If you’ve paid attention, then you’ve heard me use the term “elegant” a lot in the context of practice business models, practice procedures, and practice marketing.

Done right, it creates practice fertilizer—an environment that creates growth.

ChiroTrust is practice fertilizer.

The ingredients in ChiroTrust include:

  1. Social Proof – What ChiroTrust is and says about you is more effective than what YOU say about you.
  2. Positioning – Answers the question, “Doc, why should I choose you over all my other options, including doing nothing at all?”
  3. Value – With ChiroTrust, your patients and community can feel that you care about them….regardless if they are in pain or are giving you money. This is very important, by the way.
  4. Clarity/Simplicity – A business model that is easy to explain to patients, easy for them to explain to others, and inexpensive to deliver. (Requires less staff, less equipment, less square footage, and less hassle and time.)
  5. Trust – ChiroTrust creates trust. Our done-for-you, on and offline multi-channel approach gives patients the confidence in choosing and sticking with you.

What you need to plant into the fertilizer:

  • Looking professional (doc/staff appearance, office appearance)
  • An appropriate/effective practice name (most practice names in Chiropractic repel)
  • Get patients out of pain and out of your office as quickly as possible. (Yes, that is how you build a practice! They WILL come back and tell others about you and your practice!!!!)

Listen, if what consultants told Chiropractors what customers (patients) wanted…

You wouldn’t have to work Fridays and/or Saturdays.

You wouldn’t have a lot of overhead.

You wouldn’t have to over treat or over charge.

You wouldn’t have to worry about how to attract patients.

You wouldn’t have to worry about money.

Ever.

P.S.- It’s funny….So many Chiropractors aren’t willing to change their behaviors but then expect patients to.
