“Better” is Better

There’s a saying in business… “You can’t multiply zeros”…

For example, if something isn’t working and you get it to work twice as good, it still won’t work. ( 2 x 0 still equals zero)

That is why “Better” is better. Try to make what already works work just a little better.

It’s even better than starting something new from scratch.

So, what are you doing that ALREADY works?

Seriously. Write ‘em down.

What are you doing clinically?

What do patients like about you and/or your practice?

Write down EVERYTHING that works.

…then make it better!

I do this myself at least twice a year and time after time, the end result is nothing short of awesome.
