So this is for the seasoned veteran chiropractor. The chiropractor who has had one, two, or maybe even three different practice management companies. The cynical guy who has seen one practice management company say you need to to do A, B, and C, only to have the other practice say that that was all wrong and do D, E, F.
You’ve been told you have to hard-sell patients. You have to force them into spinal care classes. You have to force them into treatment programs. It all drives you crazy.
I did this for years. Now I don’t make millions of dollars. I live well, but for me, at this time of my life, it’s more about the quality of my life, not how much money and how much stuff I can have.

I have been a ChiroTrust doctor for a while now. And while I have not been diligent in doing ALL the recommended items, I still implement every day. I know that I could take another step forward in my practice by visiting the Vault more often and paying closer attention to my list. However, even doing the things I have been doing I am at a good place…not only in my practice BUT more importantly in my life. I have had more FREEDOM since following your advice. I would make an assumption that there is a “fear” about implementing everything because I would be busy to a point that I would have to make some changes (ie. More staff, another doctor, etc) and I have not made the decision to want to be that busy. I have a practice where people pay my fee and refer others without doing outside marketing or shows. Thank you for all you have done for me and a big thank you in advance for what I know you will continue to do for me going forward.
