Owning a practice successfully is an inside job.
It’s all in your head.
That’s why your feelings have a real impact on your practice.
Facts are accurate.
Oftentimes, feelings are not so accurate.
Feelings need to be monitored and sometimes fixed.
Personally, I try not to make decisions based on feelings but I do take my feelings seriously and do everything I can to fix my feelings first—before reacting, responding, and before making decisions.
So are feelings fact? Not really but they can make or break you.
So in that sense, feelings should be taken just as or more seriously than facts.
Because how you feel about your practice, your patients, and your potential determine how successful you’ll become and remain.
…and that’s a fact.
