Yep, even people who are on top of their game can suffer miserably from anxiety.

Clean up your diet
Get more sleep
Reach out to positive thinkers
Your material world is merely a manifestation of your thoughts and actions.
When you worry, work on you.
It’s a time to take care of yourself.
Also, remind yourself that life is a long game.
At times, you will feel like you are winning or losing.
But those feelings aren’t accurate.
Maybe the negative is necessary for the positive.
Maybe the positive prepares you for what may come next.
I personally believe that nothing is good or bad.
All that matters is who you are as a person and how you respond to life.
I have trained myself to be unemotional and unaffected about results…both good and bad because to me, nothing is either.
