Structure is important.

It’s what holds things together and helps create function and identity.

Most Chiropractic offices lack structure.

They change, move, react, and adapt like a slowly moving blob. Nobody notices.

The practices that are vibrant, thrive, and stand out are those that have these 3 profit multipliers…

  1. Positioning. – They don’t claim to fix everything. They understand that “if everyone is your market, then no one is your market.” In other words, they know who the market is: Neck Pain and Back Pain relief… not diabetes, not weight loss, not supplements, not massage.  They never dilute their messaging. Their practice name and everything they say and do makes perfect sense.
  2. Product. – Their product isn’t the “how”. It is not their technique, their equipment, or their profession. Their product is relief. Period.
  3. Personality. – Every successful business has a palpable personality at the forefront. Without a personality, there is no emotional connection. Most Chiropractors lack charm, charisma, and connection.

How do you improve on these 3 P’s?

Just being aware of them puts you at a huge advantage.

Because NOW you possess the plans to which YOUR structure can be built from.

Start with this: stop doing complex, complicated, and confusing things.

Maintain clarity by remembering these 3 P’s.

Clear the way to build something new.

Then go to work.
