It’s the same in business… including Chiropractic.
So, what makes you special?
What makes you stand out?
What makes your patients want to come back and refer others?
Think about it.
Figure it out.
Then make sure it is what your patients see, feel, and experience.
…and don’t forget, if what makes you and I special isn’t of interest to our customers, then it won’t count, matter, or work.
