Want to be able to read a patient’s mind so that they return and refer for life… without trapping them with fear, prepays, or ongoing sales & control tactics?
It’s easy.
Be one.
Be a patient in a Doctor office unrelated to Chiropractic.
Or ask yourself these two questions as if you didn’t go to Chiropractic school, as if you have never been adjusted, and as if you were a skeptical person (everyone is skeptical about nearly everything and everybody):
- What would YOU want?
- What would motivate YOU to come back and refer others?
I guarantee you wouldn’t want to be sold, told, or controlled.
You too would want to get out of pain and out of YOUR office as quickly and easily as possible.
So listen to and let your patients educate YOU on what THEY want… WITHOUT “educating” them or giving them options.
It’s easy, provided you don’t complicate things. 🙂
