Buying a Practice?

Considering buying a practice?

Makes sense, right?

Why start from scratch when you can buy a business that’s already established with patient files to harvest, patients already coming in, and profits that you can use to pay back the purchase price and/or monthly payments?

I mean, who wants to start a practice from scratch? It can take you months-to-years to get up to speed.

MAYBE, MAYBE NOT.

My experience, observations, and ChiroTrust members have convinced me that starting from scratch is the way to go.

If done right…

  • There is less debt.
  • There is less risk.
  • There are fewer commitments.
  • There’s a much quicker path to balance sheet profitability.
  • The positioning, practice, and patients is a better match.

Walls, furnishings, and equipment will not make a practice profitable.

YOU WILL

Invest more in yourself than the square footage.

Whenever possible, automate, outsource, and delegate.
