Head in The Game

If you go to a restaurant tonight and are blown away from the food, staff, and experience, then my guess is that you would tell someone or many people about it.

Now suppose today (or tomorrow if you opened this “Time to Think” email late in the day) you and your staff did everything that you could to blow away your patients with exceptional service….

They would tell others too!

My guess is that some or maybe even most of the time, you and your staff do not have that intent on the forefront of your mind.

The intent has to be there…

From an exceptionally clean and orderly office to the highest level of present time consciousness with and for each and every patient.

Everything that you say and do is designed to blow each and every patient away.

Everything in business is math. It’s an algebraic equation full of variables.

Your personality
Your likability
The practice ambiance
Your marketing quality, frequency, and consistency
Your attitude
Your clinical outcomes
Your intent

…are just a few of these variables.

Everything counts.

Everything matters.

I can do better. You can do better. We can do better.

A business is not just a physical location.

Businesses are perception generators powered by our AWARENESS or lack thereof.

We have no one to blame or give credit to but ourselves.

Our businesses are perfect and exact reflections of everything that we get right, wrong, and don’t do at all.

ChiroTrust members have no excuses.

Constant awareness with proper execution does.
