How do you know if you are thinking accurately or not?
By how you feel.
You should almost never feel stress or stressed out.
In the past, I used stress as energy—as a motivator.
Now, I know that it is an indicator—a byproduct of inaccurate thinking.
- Judgement
- Control
- Expectations
- Multi-tasking
- Impatience
- Blame
- Lack of gratitude
- Ego
- Materialism
- Envy
- Jealousy
- Imbalance
….all cause stress.
So before making important decisions or throwing in the towel, check yourself.
How can you think or be different?
Do you need to evaluate your values?
Are you chasing the wrong goal/s?
Do you surround yourself with people who make you feel good?
Here’s a tip…
Make things and life simpler.
You’ll never regret it.
