Don’t ignore your patients.

  • Email them daily, Monday thru Friday.
  • Mail them twice a month.
  • Boost articles to them daily, Monday thru Sunday.
  • Mail them the Benjamin Franklin Letter with 3 business cards twice a year.

If you do this and your practice doesn’t show signs of improvement, then you know it’s time to evaluate the what you’re doing to create fertile ground:

  • practice/doctor/staff appearance
  • forms
  • fees
  • care and outcomes
  • energy/attitude/likeability/rapport

Be patient. You’ll get it right!
