Sunday Nights and Monday Mornings

Doc, what you do tonight and tomorrow morning will make or break your entire week.

Tonight (Sunday), take 15 minutes to visualize the upcoming work week and write down what you will do each day for 15 minutes that will improve your practice.

Tomorrow morning, before you arrive in your practice, review those items. Tweak as needed.

Each day during the week, dedicate just 15 minutes to improving your practice—its appearance, the marketing, your systems, etc.

Do this and watch what happens.
