Messy Minds Don’t Make Money

Some of you are new members who are reading a Time to Think email for the first time.

Most of you have been with ChiroTrust for several years.

We are all in the same boat.

We all must provide our patients, clients, and customers something that they can’t get anywhere else.

Your integrity
Your willingness to say no to the temptation of over treating and/or over billing.

Your word
You don’t over promise. You do what you say, and your customers and staff respect you.

Your work ethic
You are willing and able to put in the work before expecting anything in return.

Your patience
You are in it for the long run. Each patient matters. You build your practice by building and maintaining relevance, reputation, and relationships…. not by being open Fridays and/or Saturdays.

Your sincerity and care
You are perfectly okay with giving patients what they want, not what you want them to want. You don’t need to pitch pre-pays to keep patients coming back. You don’t need to sign patients up for “wellness”, “maintenance”, or “family” care.  (Tomorrow, I will cover why this doesn’t work as good as you may think.) You don’t need more modalities or equipment. You are confident that by giving them what they want and then letting them go and that they will come back and refer others…
