Ways Patients KNOW That You Care

Now more than ever, there is a desire in the marketplace for authenticity.

Great marketers and many con-men/women can create that perception even when it doesn’t exist.

That is NOT okay.

It has made our (yours and mine) job even more difficult.

So, how should you “care” for your patients?

1. By truly caring. This sounds obvious but it’s worth a self assessment.

2. By underselling and over delivering.  They must feel like they get more than they paid for in time and money.

3. By being and doing the opposite of what they fear about Chiropractors (long tx, endless care recommendations, pushy, etc.).

4. By becoming a black belt listener and extremely likable. If this isn’t your strong suit, I urge you to work on it.

5. Getting them out of pain as quickly as possible. More than anything else, like it or not, this IS what they want from you.

That, my friend, is your product: a way of being, an experience, a result.

How do you know if you are doing it right?

You are getting a ton of referrals and patients coming back year in and year out.

Whenever a member says he or she is doing “Everything ChiroTrust”,  I usually find out that THAT is not the case.

If they truly are implementing correctly, consistently, and over a reasonable period of time, and are NOT growing their practice, then they have one, a combination, or all of the above (1-5) to work on.

For sure.
