“Can they do their job without EVER seeing you again?”

That’s how you know.

There are a lot of moving parts and moving people within ChiroTrust and although the California Headquarters is within walking distance of my home, I rarely need to go in there—five minutes twice a week, tops.

Now, I know that your business is different. You have to go in the office but the less time you spend with your staff, the better.

Focus on you.
