Since money is a byproduct of value production, and since value production creates patient satisfaction and referrals, it’s good to know where your money is coming from.

But before I bring this up, know that not all money isn’t created equal.

Too many D.C.s think that they’re successful yet they rely on P.I. cases, billing for everything under the sun, roller tables, ice packs, and pre-pays. All of these are low on the value creation scale.

One day, these docs are going to have to start all over.
