Doc, Don’t Be Busy

Why is “busy” such an admirable goal?

“Busy” is hectic.
“Busy” is stressful.
“Busy” is unproductive.

What beats busy?

Silence.
Systems.
A never ending present moment of calm.

Silence creates thinking.
Systems create leverage.
A never ending present moment of calm creates peace and peace of mind.

It all begins with an attitude of optimism and an expectation that things always work out. (Kind of like the opposite of fear.)

What does this have to do with succeeding in practice?

It is how TO succeed in practice.
It precedes practice success.
It enables you to have an elegant, simple, and profitable practice.

Silence.

Systems.

A perpetual present moment of calm.
