  1. Pay attention to your competition.
  2. Watch or Listen to Chiropractic Consultants.
  3. Wonder why patients drop out and/or don’t come back.
  4. Envy others.
  5. Live above your means.
  6. Wish things were different. Focus on what you don’t have or what you think should be different.
  7. Assume that most people are happier than you.
  8. Continue to try to change people.
  9. Ask the wrong questions.
  10. Judge everything.
  11. Feel sorry for yourself.
  12. Worry about the future.
  13. Blame
  14. Want a lot more than you need.
  15. Worry about what others may think about you.
  16. Complain
  17. Micromanage
  18. And yes, keep doing or thinking the same way and expect that things will improve sooner or later.
