Chiropractic patients today aren’t like Chiropractic patients 15, 10, or even 5 years ago.
In the past, it was much easier to attract them.
Today, to attract a patient, you must first get their attention.
Once you have their attention, you must keep their attention… BEFORE they become a patient, WHILE they are a patient, and AFTER they “stop coming in.”
…and you can’t do that with…
- A quarterly phone call to “see how they’re doing.” (Makes you look desperate.)
- “We miss you!” postcards. (REALLY makes you look desperate!)
- A birthday card or a patient “appreciation” (yeah right) “day”.
- Just being a great Chiropractor.
Time doesn’t build practices either!
See, you DON’T HAVE a “new patient problem.”
You DON’T NEED new patients.
YOU NEED to know how to attract and keep attention.
Something “Facebook” alone doesn’t even come close to achieving.
But that’s not all…
You must have the right product, price, and procedure.
All 3 must already be in agreement with what the market wants.
All 3 must already be easy for the market to understand.
All 3 must automatically motivate and inspire your patients to tell others about you.
Otherwise, you will continue to be in the patient replacement business… and that’s not how you grow a practice.
Most Chiropractors don’t have a new patient problem.
