Doc, Who Do You Hang With?

Professionally, who do you hang with?

A few local docs who either envy or deceive you?
Or just those who make it so easy to feel superior around?
Only people who agree with you?
Nobody?
Any bridges burned?
Or grudges held?

As we get older, the natural tendency is to keep to ourselves and stay comfortable.

“Not that there is anything wrong with that.” 🙂

BUT…

If you aren’t growing professionally…
If you are bored and/or burned out…
If you aren’t happy…

Then, take a look at who you are hang’n with.

Maybe it’s time to change it up a bit.

Less time with some.
More time with others.
And no time with the rest.
