Chiropractors and YELP
If you don’t know, YELP® is an online business rating and review website whereby customers can rate and comment on products and services.
The problem is, how do you know if the negative or positive ratings and comments are real or fake?
Many small businesses have suffered enormously by justified negative ratings and comments, as they should. But, when a competitor, disgruntled employee, or patient makes it all up, there’s nothing much you can do. These negative posts are often on the top of the list and can repel business.

What can you learn from this?
First, that your practice success is at the mercy of others and that can make or break you.
If I were you, I’d do as many strategies as possible that you can control and stay away from everything else.
Provide a great service and communicate to your patient list, both on and offline, as often as possible.
It’s simple. When you provide real value in the office and via snail mail and email, you are seen as a welcome guest and not an annoying pest…
and that’s how you build a practice.
