THESE ARE TOUGH QUESTIONS TO ADDRESS AND THEY REQUIRE SOME QUALITY TIME AND EFFORT TO THINK ABOUT AND TAKE ACTION ON BUT IT’S WELL WORTH IT:
- “Do my practice procedures, policies, and services require a decent amount of explanation and/or the overcoming of objections?”
- “Do I feel frustrated because my staff and/or patients ‘Just don’t get it.’”
- “In an attempt to make things easier for me and/or my staff, have my patients been feeling the squeeze?”
If you answered “Yes” to ANY of the above questions, then you need to address it.
You need to make things easier for your patients to consume and relate to your services;
easier for them to understand;
…and most importantly, easier for THEM to tell others about.
