THESE ARE TOUGH QUESTIONS TO ADDRESS AND THEY REQUIRE SOME QUALITY TIME AND EFFORT TO THINK ABOUT AND TAKE ACTION ON BUT IT’S WELL WORTH IT:

  1. “Do my practice procedures, policies, and services require a decent amount of explanation and/or the overcoming of objections?”
  2. “Do I feel frustrated because my staff and/or patients ‘Just don’t get it.’”
  3. “In an attempt to make things easier for me and/or my staff, have my patients been feeling the squeeze?”

If you answered “Yes” to ANY of the above questions, then you need to address it.
