There are only three parts to a successful practice… just three:
- Happy patients – They get you, like you, and get ONLY what they want, how they want it, and when they want it.
- Nurtured patients – They feel like you TRULY care, they value how you communicate to them, and they are never ignored. Ever.
- Loyal patients – Loyalty is hard to create and maintain but as long as they CAN’T get what they want anywhere else in a way that is easier, more convenient, and cheaper, then you will keep them for life.
Each day, your patients are either more or less attracted to your practice.
…and yes, many things are out of your control but my YOUR success is only dependent on what you can.
Being a success is a well-executed day, not a final destination.
