Well, here is how I do more when I know I can but can’t seem to find the time…
I Do a little at a time.
It sounds obvious but almost nobody does it.
5 pushups between visits and 20 times throughout the day, 7 days a week.
That’s 3,000 +/- extra pushups a month. Watch what happens.
2 minutes an hour for deep and slow breathing. Feel the difference.
3 minutes for reading my daily emails. Time to Think.
5 minutes for listening to my audios. Then ask a question or share a comment or a win with me.
10 minutes for figuring out and writing down what you will get DONE tomorrow. This is a big one!
Admission…
I get bored quickly and easily.
That is why I spend just a little time on everything, every workday.
Figure out what works for you so that you actually get MORE work done when you’re working as well. 🙂
