Instant Satisfaction (It’s a feeling, sort of like what food does for you when you are hungry. Whenever and wherever possible, strive to give it to them and make their visit as easy and pleasurable for them as possible.)

Constant Contact/Stimulation (Always remind them why you are worth paying attention to.)

…It’s what people want now more than ever.

That’s why, to grow and prosper, being a good Chiropractor isn’t good enough.
