I rarely watch T.V.
Just 1-2 hours per week, max.
There is too much junk on T.V..
I used to watch Shark Tank. No more.
When I do watch “T.V.”, it’s usually a documentary on Netflix.
Instead, I search out videos on YouTube that can increase my productivity, gratitude, and awareness… primarily self-awareness.
And I watch them in bed on my iPad.
For example, here are the type of keywords that I would put in the YouTube search bar:
- Hacking fitness
- Intermittent fasting
- Everyday carry
- Time management
Approximately 15 minutes per night following 30 minutes of reading.
Bed by 9.
