If you and your patients love what you do but you aren’t as successful as you’d like to be, then odds are, you aren’t working ON you practice nearly enough.
You need to market your practice 7 days a week using evergreen systems.
Like it or hate it… it is what it is.
Never base what you do on if you like or hate it. Base it on what works in the marketplace.
Chiropractic is not a hobby, it’s a business.
Then, every 3 months or so, you need to re-evaluate what you are doing and improve, tweak, or eliminate as needed.
Working ON your practice is a process that never ends.
Certainly 20-30 years ago, Chiropractors could just go to work, take care of folks, get paid, and go home.
Those days are long gone.
The internet has increased the effect of competition on your practice 1,000 fold.
So if your practice isn’t growing, you either have a product problem (the experience and/or results), a fee problem (too high or too low), a marketing problem (wrong message to the wrong market and/or low execution frequency), or all of the above.
Most likely, it’s a little product problem, a little fee problem, and a big marketing problem.
But don’t be discouraged, it’s not hard to fix.
You have me and you have ChiroTrust.
All you have to do is take full advantage of both.
