Every person you know and/or have met. This includes…
- Past patients
- Past prospects
- Current patients
- Local friends, family, acquaintances
- Every new patient
Now, let’s not forget that these are people, humans with emotions.
You must relate to them and relate to them often.
That’s how you create, maintain, and nurture your relationships with them.
What’s the return on investment for doing so?
It can’t be measured but nor can the return on investment of any relationship. When asked this question, Gary Vaynerchuk replied, “What’s the R.O.I. of your mom?”
THAT’S HOW VALUABLE RELATIONSHIPS ARE. THEY ARE EVERYTHING.
