Referrals. Everyone knows they make the best patients:
- You occur to them “pre-approved”.
- They are more prone to comply with your recommendations.
- They themselves are more likely to refer others.
For these 3 reasons alone, patients who are referred in are way more desirable than non-referred patients.
Additionally, their procurement cost — in terms of time and money — is a fraction of what you’d spend to attract a “non-referred in” patient.
But this is interesting…
Most doctors get more excited when they attract patients the hard way…
Through spinal screenings, expensive advertising, or timely networking.
Here’s why…
In their minds, there is less pressure to perform.
With a “cold” prospect, they have nothing and no one to live up to.
But it’s also why most D.C.s struggle.
What you focus on, grows.
Focus primarily on referrals and
not only will your practice grow, but so will your profits.
You need both.
