Do you promote your practice IN your practice?
Meaning, are you marketing your practice to the patients who are actually IN your practice each day? …the right way?
Here’s what NOT to do:
- Hand out “Free Exam” cards.
- Ask for referrals.
- Require new patients to bring their spouse or significant other for the “Report of Findings” or “Health Care” Class.
- “Report of Findings”
- “Health Care” Classes
- Buy X visits, get Y visits free cards.
- Patient “Appreciation” Days
- Referral contests
- For-profit fundraising
- Calling every new patient after their first adjustment
Everything above are common Chiropractic practice building strategies that are inefficient, ineffective, create bad positioning, and are extremely unnecessary.
Why not do this instead…
Give patients what they want and not everything that you can bill for or everything that you want them to want.
Let them go before they let you go.
Accept and encourage walk-ins.
Answer phones live when the office is closed.
Provide frequent, valuable content and communication before, during, and after they are under your care… that rarely sells anything at all!
This is how you attract without selling, pushing, asking, or discounting.
It’s what I’ve always called, “Invisible marketing that works.”
It’s elegant, effective, and not expensive.
If you’ve been paying attention, it’s exactly what ChiroTrust does to and for doctors.
You can’t build from without if you are not building from within.
