This week, instead of a Question of the Day, I will be sharing my spin on his words and include some of his words as well.
This morning, I asked a doctor how much MONEY she was collecting per month.
She wasn’t sure, so I asked her to guess.
My guess is that if I asked you how you much TIME you spend each working day working ON (not IN) your practice, you’d probably have to guess as well… and MY GUESS is that your answer wouldn’t be very accurate.
How do I know that?
…Because working ON your business doesn’t mean billing, cleaning, or even reading these emails.
It means, the time you spend each day thinking, planning, and executing on things that directly generate leads, convert leads, increase compliance, increase referrals, and increase reactivations.
THAT’S where the money comes from.
Money is THE byproduct of how close you come to giving patients (customers) exactly what they want and how well you collect and maintain relationships.
