“How do I build my practice on a shoestring budget?”

Today, I’d like to share with you how I leverage my thinking, my efforts, and my limited financial resources.

18 years ago, I had an idea to take Chiropractic out of the dark ages.

See, Chiropractic as a product has a lot to offer but for over 100 years, it’s been poorly positioned.

As a result, it has become controversial and to some extent, it still is.

Over the years, we have become our worst enemy.

We have done more damage to ourselves than anything that the medical profession or drug companies have done or could do.

I’m not only referring to all the high-pressure tactics taught by Chiropractic Consultants or the single-sided patient communication/education that doesn’t take in consideration what the consumers and patients think and want.

It’s virtually everything most D.C.s say and do… even today.

The key to succeeding is doing less, not more.

Less selling.

Less explaining.

Less defending.

Pulling, not pushing.

Listening more than speaking.

Accepting patients as is and letting them go as is… knowing they will come back and refer others.

How do you make this happen?

By creating and maintaining momentum.

…and that’s done by collecting and nurturing relationships, treating people right (based on their definition, not yours), and by possessing an evergreen marketing system.

An evergreen marketing system is a machine that turns people into patients, and patients into lifelong fans who come back and refer others.

All you need to do is feed an evergreen practice marketing machine with people and let the machine do all of the work.

ChiroTrust is that machine.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Evergreen.

For example…

It’s Thursday, October 22nd. My watch reads 7:40 am (California Time) as I write these words.

I’m sitting comfortably at Pete’s Coffee in downtown Danville enjoying my green tea.

In a few moments, I will forward this email to my staff who will feed this email into our system that will in turn, send this email to over 10,000 Doctors of Chiropractic worldwide this afternoon.

As a result of my daily emails and the other daily evergreen activities, TODAY and every day, many D.C.s will join ChiroTrust.

…the same occurs FOR ChiroTrust members.

My team creates and manages their marketing that collectively goes to and is exposed to millions of people per month.

More patients are attracted to Chiropractic TODAY through ChiroTrust than anything else out there.

By 9 am this morning, my marketing work is done.

The rest of the day (like you), I manage my business, my team,  and service my customers so they don’t need to worry about where their patients are coming from.

They know that if they do their job, ChiroTrust will do its job.

Practice marketing must be ongoing.

It must be evergreen.

So efforts are leveraged and working for you over and over again… even when you’re not.
