This week, I will be sharing my spin on his words and include some of his words as well.

 

Passive Practitioners

 

To succeed in practice, you must be present, pay attention, and be purposeful…to see that each and every patient gets exactly what they want and how they want it.

That’s the whole deal.

To be present, pay attention, and be purposeful, every sense must be activated.

…because at the end of the day, it’s not about you, it’s not about me, it’s not even about “Chiropractic”.

It’s about them. What they want, and how they want it. Period.

This means that you can’t be passive. You must participate in the process.

Patients will test you. They want to make sure that you are the real deal. They want to know that you are listening. They are looking for inconsistencies.

They must never question your actions.

You must be strong, confident, and always moving forward. They must sense momentum and gain a sense of completion and closure with their care.

That’s what gets them coming back.

That’s what gets them telling others.

That’s what builds a practice.

Actions are attractive.

Passivity is not.
