Your patients.
Who are they?
Are they the people you are currently caring for?
Or do they consist of every patient who has ever been in your office?
Who are they?
Who are they to you?
…and do your actions reflect this?
What do they think of you?
Well, if they don’t hear from you and hear from you often, “What” is not the right question.
The question is…
ARE they even thinking of you at all?
Because, if you don’t add value to their lives DAILY…then guess what?
“They” ain’t thinking of you.
…and if they “ain’t” thinking, they “ain’t” come’n.
So, until and unless you provide them value on a daily basis, regardless if they are currently being cared for you or not, your practice has no chance of growing.
…Unless you want to spend a lot of money and a lot of time self-promoting, spinal screening, and being in the patient-replacement game.
