It amazes me how virtually every emotion and feeling chiropractors have is based on how they perceive things in their practice and life at that moment.
The problem with that is this…
Your story hasn’t ended yet.
You don’t necessarily know what you will become, where things will end up, or how your life will unfold.
Virtually everything good that came out of your life thus far was a byproduct of some sort of initially perceived problem, challenge, crisis, or change of plans.
Make a list of your biggest life changers to date and you’ll see what I mean.
- Maybe you wouldn’t have gone to Chiropractic school if you didn’t get hired for that dead end job.
- Maybe you wouldn’t have met your spouse without first going through that previous relationship break up.
- Maybe you wouldn’t have joined ChiroTrust if that attorney didn’t stop referring you patients.
Almost everything you now consider as “good” was a byproduct of an initial plan that didn’t go as planned.
So how do you continue to create good in your life?
It’s simple…
Say “YES” more than saying “No”.
Be less hasty about negatively labeling people, things, and/or situations.
Postpone reactions.
You don’t need to know how things will turn out.
Embrace discomfort.
Embrace perceived setbacks.
Embrace it all.
…because it’s all valuable, important, and necessary for your growth.
You can’t and will not grow without it.
