Not enough flexibility.
Patients forced to conform.
For example, the typical “Report of Findings”….
Here’s what you think is the problem.
Here’s what the real problem is.
Here’s what you want to happen.
Here’s what has to happen.
The market calls the shots.
You may have the first word but the market has the final word.
Rigidity ruins practices.
